《生物技术前沿》采用双语教学形式开展教学，总学时为20学时，双语教学学时为10学时，2010年首次面向食品与生物工程学院本科四年级的学生授课，参与该双语课程授课教师7人。 

 

采用教材：

中文教材：科学出版社贺小贤主编《现代生物工程技术导论》

英文教材：Ashgate 出版社出版的《Business Development for the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry》（Ashgate 出版社），《Advances in Biotechnology》（Educational Publishers & Distributors）。

目前双语教材建设情况：

在多年教学基础上，我们已经完成适合我校生物工程专业的《生物技术前沿》双语教材，正在修改定稿。参考资料为：
